• Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with the original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and invoice.

• Customized, engraved, or specially made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and piercings are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the case.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after inspection.
